Returns

All products are made to order so refunds are offered on a case by case basis. Please contact us to see what can be done. If a refund is possible, you will be responsible for shipping the item back and will be refunded the cost of the item minus our shipping cost.

If an error was made on our part in the order process, we will gladly correct my mistake for you. If you made a mistake in the order process, we will try our best to make the situation right for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All items that have been personalized with monograms, names, or logos will not be available for returns.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shopcarlyscustoms@gmail.com for exchange instructions.
